We offer three options. A monthly retainer for a dedicated full-time consultant, which is our most popular model with a minimum three-month commitment. Time and materials for variable-volume needs billed hourly. And project-based engagements for well-scoped deliverables at a fixed price. All engagements are governed by a formal Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work.
